Returns:
We ensure your packages are wrapped incredibly well, sometimes a bit too much- If your package comes damaged this is out of our control to a certain extent. So we can fix the issue to the best of our ability please send us an email within 3 days of delivery.

Dried Florals:
Dried florals that are placed in candles are DECOR purpose ONLY. Every order is sent with candle care card instructions that sate very clear how to care and look after your goodies to ensure a longer lasting safe candle. If you're wanting to burn your candle that has dried flowers placed on top, you will need to make sure ALL florals have been taken out before burning.
